Hacienda Realty is owned and operated by Modesto (Moe) R. Flores. Moe earned both an Associates Degree from Del Mar College and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Corpus Christi State University - now Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, and earned a Legal Assistant diploma as well. Moe proudly served with the U.S. Navy from 1966-1969.

Moe began his real estate career in 1977 as a part-time agent while working for the U.S. Postal Service. Upon his retirement from the Postal Service after 30 years of distinguished government service (December 03, 1999), Moe immediately pursued a full-time career as a real estate agent.

In July 2002, Moe became a licensed Real Estate Broker and opened Hacienda Realty - located at 2701 Milo Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415.

Hacienda Realty specializes in Residential sales and deals with HUD Repos, VA Repos, FSBO's and in MLS Listings & Sales.
